This is a simple version of the Windows Minesweeper game that I wrote in JavaScript. It was the first of all the games on my website.
There are 15 bombs hidden randomly in the grid. The aim of the game is to reveal all fields except those with bombs. To reveal a field, click on it. When a number appears, it tells you how many of the field's neighbours are bombs. The game is over when you reveal all fields without bombs or when you click on a bomb.
new! You can mark the fields where you think bombs are hidden by right-clicking on them. You cannot reveal a marked field (to prevent accidentally clicking on a known bomb), you have to first unmark it by right-clicking it again.
